The Club Room

The Club Room is a beautifully restored venue perfect for Midtown Manhattan meetings, small conferences and celebrations. This 1,500-square-foot facility can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated dinner, wedding reception or event. This impressive Manhattan event room can be divided, using a soundproof movable wall, into two independent rooms: Club North and Club South. The spacious foyer area is ideal for pre-function and cocktail receptions or conference breaks.

The Stanford White Studio

Ideal for executive conferences and meetings or an intimate wedding reception, rehersal dinner or milestone social event, The Stanford White Studio is a historical landmark suite. The wood-paneled, 600-square-foot suite comes complete with an original open working fireplace and private outdoor terrace. We can provide accommodations for up to 26 at a boardroom table, 36 at multiple tables and 40 guests theatre style.

Setup Definitions


Arrangement where a group of round tables seating 6-10 persons at each table is set in such a way as to facilitate the serving of food, most often a hexagonal or square pattern. Size of tables and chairs vary per property. Also known as Banquet Rounds.

  • Rounds of 6: Round tables seat 6 persons at each table.
  • Rounds of 8: Round tables seat 8 persons at each table.
  • Rounds of 10: Rounds tables seat 10 persons at each table.


Arrangement in which seats or chairs are in rows facing the stage area, head table or the speaker (no tables). Also known as Auditorium.


Arrangement in which a rectangular or oval table is set up with chairs placed around all sides and ends. Also known as Boardroom. It is often confused with Hollow Square.


Arrangement with cocktail/reception tables (small round tables, 15-30 inches or 38-76 centimeters in diameter) with chairs. Also known as Cocktail or Cabaret.


Arrangement in which rows of tables with chairs face the front of a room and each person has a space for writing. Also known as Schoolroom.

  • Classroom 2×6: Tables are about 6 feet long with 2 chairs at each table.
  • Classroom 3×6: Tables are about 6 feet long with 3 chairs at each table.

Hollow Square

Arrangement of tables set in a square (or rectangle) with chairs placed around the outside of the table. Center (inside) table is hollow.

Dinner Dance

Arrangement of display booths. Typically used in large exhibition halls for multiple vendors.

  • Exhibit Booth 8×8: Booths are 8 feet by 8 feet.
  • Exhibit Booth 8×10: Booths are 8 feet by 10 feet.
  • Exhibit Booth 10×10: Booths are 10 feet by 10 feet.
